Rather than going through training because employees are required to, they must have a positive attitude in doing so. You as the employer should help staff know the significance of correct training. Let them understand that they can injure or kill not only themselves, but other individuals, if they make mistakes. It is up to you to ensure that all your staff go through training seriously.
